Isolated from the mainland by water, many of the untouched wilderness on Vancouver Island is protected as national and state parks. It is in this beautiful environment, that Sable Fish Canada Ltd., a Canadian based company successfully began to raise and farm Sablefish. For the first time in Japan, Sablefish Canada and Blue Link Limited is proud to introduce “KIRARI” to the Japanese market.
